In 24 hours you will receive a response from Marta Mengod. Remember that you must send us a photograph of the defective product or package in poor condition. Once we review your claim, a carrier will pick up the defective product. Returns will not be accepted for misuse of the product. You will have a period of 24 hours to return an order.
