Technique
Fine Art UV ink print on 100% cotton craft paper.
Delivery options
- Print (60x42cm): Only the print (60x42cm): it is delivered in a folder to protect it from possible scratches or blows and the client is in charge of framing it.
- Mounted sheet (60x42cm): floating mounting on 3mm palboard (38x56cm) glued on the back. 2 hangers + 2 stops to avoid friction with the wall. It is delivered in a folder to protect it from possible scratches or blows.
All the pieces will be delivered with their corresponding certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and with their corresponding numbering.
Number of copies per image: 100 units
The consumer, unilaterally and without justification, may withdraw from the contract, with no penalty other than the direct cost of returning the goods supplied. Once we deliver the order, you must check if your order is correct, in case you have made a mistake in your order, we will provide a solution at the moment.
If the product arrives damaged,we will exchange it for a new one without cost, neither for the product nor for shipping. To report a defective shipment or a problem with the product, or to file a complaint or claim, contact us at marta@martamengod.com
In 24 hours you will receive a response from Marta Mengod. Remember that you must send us a photograph of the defective product or package in poor condition. Once we review your claim, a carrier will pick up the defective product. For our part, once we have the product, we will check the damage and send you a new one, as long as we verify that the defect has been manufactured.
Returns will not be accepted for misuse of the product. You will have a period of 24 hours to return an order.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and with the same amount of product served.
In the event that the order is missing a product that you requested, this or these products will be delivered free of charge to your home. In the event that your order was paid in full, the missing products will be delivered and it will not be necessary to pay anything. In the event that your order is charged without including the missing products, upon delivery of these products at your home you must pay them.

Once we receive your order and the payment has been made, we begin the order process. Once it is printed, the shipment is made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
